Name says "Flats", but packaging says "Groundwound". Which is it? Are they more like flats, or "half-flats"?
GHS has named them "Brite Flats" ... They are actually a half-round aka groundwound string set.
They take a round wound string, grind off approximately half of the outer winding so it is a flatter surface.
Ken Smith calls his "Half-Rounds" - "Slick Rounds" (which aren't round).....
